Calling all women who want to lace up their skates and hit the ice! Our women's programs provide a supportive and inclusive environment for players of all abilities. Learn to Play
Join our Learn to Play programmes for a fun and friendly introduction to the sport. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming community, and we can't wait to welcome you to our team. Our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way and provide all the gear you need.

We have youth and adult programmes as well as our Saturday women's trainings from 8:30-9:45am that are beginner inclusive.

Women's League
Join our Spring Women's Ice Hockey League and take part in a fun, social community of female athletes. Our league runs two seasons per year, so you can stay active and engaged in the sport you love. Click the link below to register and become a part of our community.

Training

Queen Bees
The Wellington Ice Hockey Association's Queen Bees are a team of passionate, dedicated, and skilled women who represent the best of our sport. From veteran players to talented young women, we’re proud to support these athletes as they build a team that one day hope to compete in the NZWIHL.

Our team are playing a series of exhibition games in Dunedin August 23-24th, and will be competing at the Challenge Cup in Gore Oct 25th and 26th.
