Competitive Women's Ice Hockey Training
Our Competitive Women's Ice Hockey Training is designed for players who want to take their game to the next level. We're preparing for high-level competition and hopefully an NZWIHL team in the future and some fast paced tournaments in the near future. This will be an intense training focusing on speed, strategy, and skill development.
Led by experienced coaches, we'll have some High-tempo drills, Strength and conditioning, Game-focused tactics and Competitive scrimmages.
This is not a beginner program—it's for players with solid skating and hockey experience who are ready to push themselves. Join us to sharpen your skills, train alongside others with the same mindset and get ready for our future competitive games.
