Whether you're brand new to hockey or have years of experience, our Monday Women’s Training is for everyone. These sessions offer a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment where women of all skill levels can develop their game, build confidence, and have a blast on the ice.
Led by experienced and supportive coaches, each session will include:

✅ Drills focused on skating, puck control, passing, and shooting
